The Diamond Banc Retail Partner Program (“Program”) allows approved retail partners (“Partner”) to refer clients to Diamond Banc (“Diamond Banc”, “Company”) for jewelry purchasing or Jewelry Equity Loan services. Partners may earn a referral reward when a referred client successfully completes a qualifying transaction with Diamond Banc.

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Participation is limited to approved retail businesses and their authorized representatives.

Diamond Banc reserves the right to approve or deny any Partner application at its sole discretion.

Partners must:

•Operate a legitimate retail jewelry or related business

•Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

•Represent Diamond Banc professionally and ethically

Diamond Banc may terminate a Partner’s participation at any time.

Upon acceptance into the Program, Partners will receive a unique referral link or tracking method.

Partners may refer clients by:

•Sending their referral link via text or email

•Displaying provided QR codes or marketing materials in their store

•Directing clients to Diamond Banc using their assigned referral method

Clients must submit their information through the Partner’s referral link or tracking method in order for the referral to be eligible.

Diamond Banc will contact the referred client within approximately 24 hours.

Partners may earn a referral reward when a referred client completes a qualifying transaction with Diamond Banc.

Qualifying transactions may include:

•Jewelry sale transactions

•Jewelry Equity Loan transactions

Referral rewards may be paid as follows:

Diamond Banc Retail Partners will earn 10% of the amount funded (up to $250) when they refer clients who sell their jewelry or secure a Jewelry Equity Loan with Diamond Banc.

Diamond Banc reserves the right to modify referral reward amounts at any time.

Referral rewards will only be issued after the transaction has been completed and the client has been funded.

Referral rewards will be issued after confirmation of a successful transaction.

Payments may be made via:

•Prepaid gift card

•Electronic payment

•Other method determined by Diamond Banc

Diamond Banc reserves the right to verify referral eligibility prior to issuing payment.

If multiple parties claim the same referral, the referral will be credited based on the first verified referral submission.

Approved Partners may receive a marketing kit including co-branded materials such as:

•QR code display signage

•Counter cards

•Referral cards

•Other promotional materials

These materials are provided solely for promoting Diamond Banc services within the Partner’s retail location.

Partners may not modify Diamond Banc trademarks, messaging, or branding without written approval.

Partners agree to accurately represent Diamond Banc services and may not:

•Misrepresent loan terms or purchasing offers

•Provide financial advice on behalf of Diamond Banc

•Bind Diamond Banc to any agreement or representation

All loan approvals, valuations, and transaction decisions are made solely by Diamond Banc.

Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when referring clients.

Diamond Banc reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for:

•Fraudulent referrals

•Misrepresentation

•Unethical business practices

•Violation of these Terms

Participation in the Program does not guarantee any level of referral activity or earnings.

Referral rewards are only issued when qualifying transactions are completed.

Diamond Banc reserves the right to:

•Modify Program structure

•Adjust referral rewards

•Update these Terms & Conditions

•Terminate the Program

Changes may occur at any time without prior notice.

Diamond Banc is not responsible for any disputes between Partners and referred clients.

Diamond Banc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

Partners participate as independent entities. Participation does not create any employment, agency, or joint venture relationship with Diamond Banc.

Diamond Banc may terminate a Partner’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.

Any pending referral rewards will be evaluated at Diamond Banc’s discretion.
