Diamond Banc Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Eligible Participants

All current Diamond Banc members may participate in the referral program.
Immediate family members of employees are eligible to participate.

Ineligible Participants

Diamond Banc employees are not eligible to participate.

Affiliates of Diamond Banc are not eligible.

Eligible Referrals

An eligible referral must be an individual who:

•Has never completed a transaction with Diamond Banc, and

•Does not have an existing account or prior transaction history with Diamond Banc.

How the Program Works

Enrollment

•Members must enroll in the referral program through Referral Rock.

•Upon enrollment, members will receive a unique referral link to share via email, text, social media, or other communication channels.

Referral Process

•The referred individual must click the unique referral link and submit the online quote form.

•A Diamond Banc representative will contact the referred individual within 24–48 hours of form submission.

•Once the referred individual completes a qualifying transaction, the referring member becomes eligible to receive a reward.

Referral Tracking

•Referring members can track the status of their referrals through their Referral Rock account dashboard.

Rewards

•Referring Member: Earn a $50 prepaid Mastercard gift card when a referred individual completes a qualifying transaction with Diamond Banc.

•Referred Individual: Earn a $50 prepaid Mastercard gift card when referred through the program and a qualifying transaction is completed.

Reward Conditions

Earning Rewards

To qualify for rewards:

•The referred individual must submit the quote form using the referrer’s unique link.

•The referred individual must complete a qualifying transaction with Diamond Banc.

•Rewards are issued only after the referred transaction has been finalized.

Reward Limits

•There is no limit to the number of rewards a referring member may earn per calendar year.

Reward Expiration

•Rewards do not expire.

Prohibited Actions

Referring members may not:

•Refer themselves.

•Participate without enrolling through Referral Rock.

•Earn rewards if the referred individual does not use the referrer’s unique referral link.

Program Modifications & Termination

Diamond Banc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
